HITTER OF THE WEEK
Marcellous Biggins, 2B, Sr., McMurry
McMurry senior second baseman Marcellous Biggins (Fort Worth, TX / Southwest HS) set an ASC record by hitting four doubles in a single game, achieving the feat in a 9-6 midweek win over Southwestern. Biggins went 4-for-4 in the game and broke a mark of three two-baggers that had been set 39 times. Biggins hit .462 with four runs scored and two walks over the 4-0 week, including a West Division series sweep of Howard Payne.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Brad Orosey, RHP, Sr., Texas Lutheran
Texas Lutheran senior right-hander Brad Orosey (Houston, TX / Cypress Creek HS) tossed seven innings of two-hit ball with five strikeouts to win an ASC West Division game against Sul Ross State. Orosey, who takes the division's top weekly pitching award for the second time this season, allowed just two singles in the 4-0 game. He is only one victory away from tying the conference's all-time record of 30 wins.
EAST DIVISION
HITTER OF THE WEEK
Nate Tomaszewski, 3B, Sr., LeTourneau
LeTourneau senior third baseman Nate Tomaszewski (Dove Canyon, CA / Tesoro HS) went 7-for-12 with a home run, two doubles and three RBIs to help the YellowJackets take an ASC East Division series against East Texas Baptist. Tomaszewski was the only player to have multi-hit performances in each game. He also scored four runs, walked once and struck out only one time. Tomaszewski has led LeTourneau to five league wins in its last seven tries.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Jason Fink, RHP, So., Texas-Dallas
Texas-Dallas sophomore right-hander Jason Fink (Houston, TX / Cypress Creek HS) tossed a complete-game three-hitter without allowing an earned run to get the win over Louisiana College. Fink struck out one batter over the seven-inning contest. His performance game in Game 2 and helped the Comets secure the ASC East Division series.

HITTERS: Texas-Dallas DH Kaleb Robinson went 9-for-18 with two home runs and two doubles over four wins. . . . Mississippi College 1B Brett Hightower went 8-for-17 with a homer and nine RBIs over a 2-2 week. . . . Texas-Tyler 2B Will Allen went 6-for-11 with three doubles over a series sweep of Ozarks. . . . East Texas Baptist 2B Chris Abascal went 9-for-17 with a homer over a 2-2 week. . . . Ozarks DH Michael Prusator hit .454 over three games. . . . Louisiana College C Taylor Beavers batted .417 over four losses. . . . Texas Lutheran 3B Matt Petterson went 5-for-9 with a triple and six RBIs over a series sweep of Sul Ross State. . . . Hardin-Simmons SS Blake Sieck went 5-for-8 with four RBIs over a 2-1 weekend. . . . Schreiner C Chris Whitehead went 5-for-9 with a triple and double over three games. . . . Concordia Texas 1B Kyle Rodriguez went 7-for-12 with five RBIs over a series sweep of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
PITCHERS: LeTourneau RHP Ryan Whitehead tossed a complete-game with four strikeouts to win in a 4-1 game against ETBU. . . . Mississippi College RHP Zac Tucker earned a win over Millsaps and tossed 10 innings with six strikeouts over the week. . . . . Texas-Tyler RHP Jack Barkley scattered five hits over eight innings to earn the win against Ozarks. . . . East Texas Baptist RHP Chance Cotton went the distance, striking out nine in a 7-4 win against LeTourneau. . . . Ozarks RHP Tyler Erickson tossed a three-hitter in a tough-luck 2-1 loss to UT Tyler. . . . Howard Payne RHP Corey Howie went 9 2/3 innings, allowing one run and striking out seven in a tough-luck loss to McMurry. . . . Concordia Texas RHP Tyler Grygar got the complete-game win against UMHB by allowing just one run and striking out seven batters. . . . McMurry RHP Caleb Gonzales went 2-0 in relief, allowing just one hit over three innings of work. . . . Hardin-Simmons RHP Troy Nicholson allowed just one earned run and struck out seven over seven innings in a win against Schreiner. . . . Schreiner RHP Matt Valley surrendered just two runs with five strikeouts in a no-decision against Hardin-Simmons.
