After two years as Ripon's Head Baseball Coach Eric Cruise has two Midwest Conference North Coach of the Year awards on his mantle. He earned his most recent honor after leading the Red Hawks to their second consecutive 14-2 conference record.

This season, the Cruise-led Red Hawks earned hosting rights for the MWC Tournament in consecutive years for the first time in confernece history. The team's 24-15 overall record marks the second straight year the team has won 24 games and the 10th time Ripon has reached that win total in program history. This year's Red Hawks finished in the top 10 in school history for hits, runs, doubles, total bases and fielding percentage.
