The Lancaster Bible College baseball team returned to Charger Field in a big way on Saturday as three Chargers pitchers combined for a no-hitter in game one and four more combined for a one-hitter in game two as Lancaster Bible took two games from Valley Forge. Junior Zack Leonard, freshman Jesse Carver and senior Gabe Yoder combined to throw the program's second-ever no-hitter in game one as Lancaster Bible allowed just two base runners en route to the 10-0 victory. The no-hitter almost came two years to the day of the program's first no-hitter when Nate Burns no-hit the same Valley Forge team on March 30, 2015.
Game two went almost as well for the Chargers as they allowed one hit and cruised to a 10-1 victory. The Chargers are now 8-3 overall and have won six straight games, while Valley Forge dropped to 1-15 this season.
