Nardini was 2-for-3 with two RBI's while Bobby Heck scored twice.

Game two
The bats came alive once again, this time in the fourth, as a three-run opposite field blast to right from Shaughn Wright broke a 1-1 game. Later, Heck tripled home Mulvey to put GMercyU up, 5-1.

In the sixth with two on and nobody out, Evan Miller greeted new pitcher Brenden Gerity sending his first pitch over the fence in left for a three-run blast. Sciarretta also stayed hot, knocking in Heck with an RBI single.
