Hartford, Conn. - Juniors Alex Rodriguez (South Windsor, Conn.) and Geoff Stillman (Scituate, Mass.) combined for four hits, a triple, two home runs, four runs, and six RBIs to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 16-0 victory over the visiting Dean College Bulldogs in baseball action this afternoon at Murren Field in DiBenedetto Stadium.  Trinity improves to 13-2 with its 10th victory in a row, while the Bulldogs drop to 5-12 with their first loss in three games.  Trinity plays at Eastern Connecticut tomorrow at  4 p.m., while the Bulldogs has a doubleheader at Mitchell on Saturday at noon.  Trinity scored five runs in the first inning, including two on an RBI double by Reinisch, and six in the sixth frame that included both Rodriguez' and Stillman's home runs.

Trinity rookie starter Jimmy Fahey (Danbury, Conn.) pitched five scoreless innings, allowing five hits with two strikeouts and no walks, while four Bantam relievers pitched an inning apiece and yielded a single hit and two walks with two more K's the rest of the way.  Bulldogs freshman Tyler McAloon (Berkley, Mass.) took the loss with six earned runs allowed in the first 1.1 innings of game.  Rodriguez and Stillman were both 2-for-5 with two runs and three RBIs, while sophomore Gianni Valentini (Cranston, R.I.) was 2-for-2.  Both Stilman and Valentini tripled, while Rodriuez blasted a two-run homer over the left-field wall, and Stillman hustled his way to a three-run, inside-the-park home run to center field. Dean sophomore Brian Hadden (Newburyport, Mass.) was 2-for-3 with a double.  Trinity pounded out 15 hits and stole six bases, including two each by seniors Ben Reinisch(Troy, N.Y.) and John Stamatis (Ridgefield, Conn.).
