April 20, 2024 ....and good hitting beats good pitching Several offenses were smokin' on Saturday. Chatham and MUW both scored 36 runs whil Misericordia scored 37. Penn State Behrend had the most runs in a game (24) as they scored 33 on the day. Rutgers-Newark and Montclair State both scored 30+ as they split their doubleheader. Six other teams with 30 + runs scored.
May 12, 2023 CCNY captures 2023 CUNYAC title The City College of New York Beavers secured the program's second CUNYAC Championship and its first since 1994 after sweeping Lehman College on Friday to win the 2023 CUNYAC Baseball Championship at Maimonides Park. The Beavers shut out the Lightning in the first game, 10-0, and rallied back in the ninth inning of game two to win, 20-8.
May 5, 2022 Swarthmore opens with win over Johns Hopkins Swarthmore along with Franklin and Marshall were opening day winners in the Centennial. CCNY doubled up John jay to advance to meet Baruch for the CUNYAC title. York (Pa.) and Lebanon Valley will play in a winners bracket game in the MAC Commonwealth.
June 6, 2018 Neary picked for McDaniel lead Grant Neary was announced by school officials as McDaniel's new head coach. Neary, formerly an assistant at NJIT, takes over as just the 15th coach in the history of Green Terror baseball and just the fourth since 1963.
April 9, 2015 CCNY Baseball rallies to shock Stevenson, 14-13 Down ten runs, the City College of New York baseball team stormed back to claim victory at Stevenson University on Thursday night. The Beavers of CCNY improve to 8-6 while the Mustangs of Stevenson drop to 11-12-2.
