April 11, 2024 Cortland win string reaches eleven Cortland continued their winning ways with a victory over Castelton on Thursday. At 9-0 in the SUNYAC, the Red Dragons have a commanding lead of second place Oswego State.
March 30, 2024 Cortland finds winning touch in conference It has been a tough non-conference schedule for the Cortland Red Dragons but playing the best teams is paying off as they open the SUNYAC with six straight wins, including two on Saturday. Elsewhere Mary Washington and Virginia Wesleyan earning upset conference wins.
March 16, 2024 Chapman, ECSU, Rowan wins over past champions In the final of a three game set between previous World Series champions, Chapman (2003, 19) salvaged one win of the series with a 10-3 victory over Cortland (2015). Rowan (1978, 79) also won a clash of past champions with Southern Maine (1991, 97). ECSU (1982, 90, 98, 2002, 22) was a 2-1 winner over Marietta (1981, 83, 86,2006, 11, 12)
February 24, 2024 A wild Saturday It is why we play the game. Wild pitches were a factor in two extra-inning games as Arcadia used one to upset Baldwin Wallace and Cortland needed two to walk-off in a contest with Lynchburg. Out in Texas, Trinity (Texas) found 10 eighth inning runs to shock Babson.
