April 28, 2024 Down big in the ninth, no problem for Case Western Down seven runs entering the ninth, Case has a big job and got it done, winning 12-11 over Wash U. Elsewhere in the UAA, it was Brandeis getting their first win over Emory on their home turf.
April 19, 2024 Good pitching beats good hitting Wash U got a win behind a gem on the mound from junior Sebastian Guzman but this was not the only outstanding pitching performance on Friday. Baruch, Dallas, Dubuque, Hood, Immaculata, RPI, Rowan and Simpson all pitched shutouts.
April 5, 2024 Emory, Case winners in UAA conference play Emory traveled to New York and earned a series opening 14-4 win over the Violets. Case Western was the other UAA winner over Brandies as WashU got he weekend off.
March 16, 2024 Bloom wins 600th game as Bears sweep Head coach Pat Bloom of the Washington University in St. Louis baseball team recorded his 600th career victory in game one against Gustavus Adolphus College, Saturday, March 16. His Bears took both ends of the double dip, 6-4 and 14-8, to up its record to 12-4 on the year. The Gusties record dipped to 7-4 with the two loses.
April 22, 2023 Pacific in NWC title game Home cooking was good for Pacific as they defeated Lewis and Clark to advance to the NWC tournament title game on Sunday. Emory earned the UAA regular season title after defeating Washington U for the second straight day.
April 21, 2023 Emory one win from title with walkoff win Emory walked off the diamond in their opening game with Washington University in a UAA series that will decide the regular season champion. Walking off was so nice, Hilbert did it twice as they dealt Penn State Altoona two conference losses.
