Austin Kurey started the hit parade for Ursinus in the nightcap of a doubleheader as they had their highest hit totals in ten years.

Ursinus used its bats to take out the frustration of a 5-3 opening setback against Gettysburg, piling up its highest hit total in a decade to soar into a split with a 16-2 rout in Centennial Conference action. Junior Travis Kozak (4-for-5, two runs, RBI), senior Alex Campbell (4-for-5, three runs, RBI), and sophomore Carter Usowski (4-for-5, three runs, five RBI) combined to go 12-for-15 with seven RBI and senior Austin Kurey started the nightcap parade with a three-run homer in the first inning for Ursinus, which scored the most runs against Gettysburg in a single game in program history. With the resounding victory in Game 2, Ursinus locked up its first 20-win season since 2009.
Rutgers-Newark ended a very successful weekend in NJAC play with a split at rival Rowan. The Scarlet Raiders rolled to a 12-3 triumph in the opener, but the Profs came back and won the nightcap, 18-7. Rutgers-Newark finished the week winning 3-of-4 inside the conference and is in second place in the standings with eight NJAC games remaining. Kean swept visiting William Paterson by the finals of 8-1 and 9-7 in NJAC play. For the Cougars, Frank LoGuidice was 6-for-10 on the afternoon to lead the way.
Western New England team split a non-conference doubleheader with RPI at Trelease Park. RPI posted an 8-0 win in the opener, before the Golden Bears bounced back to earn a split with a 7-3 victory in game two. Sophomore Alex Loparco powered the Western New England offense, going 2-for-3 with a double, a home run and five RBI in game one. Junior Weston Hawkins among five Engineers to post a multi-hit performance 1n game two, as he went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI.
Junior Cole Migliorini had four hits and five RBI, including a late three-run homer in the nightcap, as 13th-ranked Randolph-Macon split an ODAC doubleheader at Eastern Mennonite. The Yellow Jackets dropped the opener 6-5 before posting a 9-7 win over the Royals in the nightcap. Miglioroni had three hits and two RBI in game one. His three-run homer in the top of the ninth in game two provided the eventual game-winning margin.
No. 22 La Roche won their eleventh straight and improved to a perfect 10-0 in the AMCC. The Redhawks reached twenty wins for the eighth straight season after defeating Pitt-Bradford 6-5, 7-0. Regis Sauer tossed all seven innings allowing three earned runs on six hits in game one. Nick Tunstall got the call in game two and the win a he was the first of five pitchers that combined to shutout the Panthers.

Senior Nick Vento tied the Washington & Jefferson career home run record and recorded his 200th career hit as the Presidents used a 10-run sixth inning to power past Thomas More, 14-9. With the victory, No. 17 W&J avoids the season sweep at the hands of the Saints. Vento hit a solo homer in the top of the first inning and a three run shot in the top of the sixth where W&J sent 17 men went to the plate.
Senior Jamie Lackner moved into The Wooster top-10 list in career RBI with a seventh-inning home run in the second game of a Saturday sweep, and the eighth-ranked Fighting Scots continued to roll with a pair of double-digit wins during a 15-1 and 18-6 twin bill against Kenyon at McCloskey Field in Gambier, Ohio. Wooster dominated the middle three innings offensively as that's when the Scots scored 24 of their 33 runs on the afternoon.
No. 1 Shenandoah earned a split of its ODAC doubleheader versus Hampden-Sydney with a 3-2 game two victory. Shenandoah rallied from a 15-7 loss in game one to down the Tigers by that 3-2 score in the nightcap. Junior Colin Morse threw a complete game three-hitter in downing Hampden-Sydney. Morse struck out 12, walked four and allowed the two runs on three hits.
Junior Dillon Dunne threw his second straight complete game and #11 Alvernia swept Albright 14-1, 7-3, to win its 20th straight conference series in MAC Commonwealth action at Albright. Thomas Malik threw six strong innings in the opener allowing a run on six hits with six strikeouts, and the offense exploded led by a pair of 3-run homers from senior Cameron Coons. Dunne allowed all three runs in the second inning, but didn't allow another hit until the leadoff batter in the seventh. He responded with three straight strikeouts to close the game.
Jeff Cooke and Jason Martin combined on a four-hitter and Jack Massa went 3-for-5 with a homer and two RBI as Cortland completed a three-game sweep at Plattsburgh with a 7-1 victory over the Cardinals. Cortland, ranked sixth nationally in Division III, concludes its four-day, six-game road trip Sunday with a noon doubleheader at New Paltz. Cooke, now 6-2 this spring, allowed three hits in six scoreless innings. He struck out four and walked one. Martin notched his first save with three innings of one-hit ball. He fanned two, walked one, and allowed one unearned run.
The nationally-ranked St. John Fisher ran its winning streak to 10 games as the No. 25 Cardinals defeated Utica 4-2 in the opening game of an Empire 8 doubleheader at Dugan Yard before having the second game postponed due to rain. Fisher finished the day at 18-6 and 6-0 in the conference standings while Utica fell to 11-11 overall and 5-4 against conference opponents.
Spalding defeated Webster, 1-0, in game one of their Saturday doubleheader and then finished the sweep with a 6-1 victory. Jimi Keating picks up his niinth win, while Johnny Lord is hit with his only loss of the season. Keating threw nine innings of four hit baseball, tallying 13 strikeouts en route to the complete game victory. Kyle Olliges picked up the game two win. Olliges threw six innings of five hit baseball, while striking out six batter and surrendering one run.

Suffolk ran its GNAC win streak to eight games as the Rams put on an offensive showing in a 36-2 victory over Anna Maria at East Boston Memorial Park. For the second straight game Suffolk recorded 20-plus hits, finishing the outing with 24 as 12 of the 16 Rams, who went to the plate recorded at least one hit. The Rams' 36 hits are the most across NCAA Division III this season with Suffolk scoring the most runs since a 47-1 victory over Southern Vermont April 22, 2015.
Freshman Kyle Bouchard blasted his first-collegiate homerun in the first inning to help Nichols defeat Worcester State 10-6 in non-conference action at Lyons Diamond. The Bison defeated the Lancers despite being outhit 13-8 for the game – marking only the third time this season that Nichols has been outhit in a win.
Vassar scored 24 runs over two games to complete the Liberty League weekend sweep of Union at Shuttleworth Park. The Brewers took game one 10-5, and won game two 14-8. In game one, Vassar starting pitcher Trent Berg scattered 11 hits and one walk while striking out four in the complete-game win. Joe Conti earned the win on the mound, allowing four runs on seven hits over six innings in the nightcap.
Sophomore Steven Gallagher had a career day at the plate, hitting four home runs to lead an offensive display by WPI in a Senior Day sweep over Coast Guard. The Engineers won, 22-4, in the opener and then later held on for a 12-10 victory out at New England Baseball Complex. WPI swept the three-game series against the Bears and won its sixth straight game. Overall, the Engineers smacked 11 home runs, with Connor Kurtz and Anthony Capuano also homering in both games, while Gallagher increased his season home run total to a team-high 10 homers.
