Senior Ryan Loutos tossed a complete game in the 3-2 game one victory for Washington University over Webster. Webster won the nightcap 7-1 to snap The Bears 17 game win streak.

No. 2 Washington Uiversity and No. 4 Webster squared off in a game of Central Region Powerhouses. It was a draw as Washington came back in the ninth to grab a 3-2 win over the Gorloks and Webster won convincingly in the night cap 7-1.

The 17th ranked Washington & Jefferson College Presidents ran its school record winning streak to 20 games with a doubleheader sweep of Waynesburg University on Sunday. W&J completed the sweep of the four-game weekend series. The Presidents outscored the Yellow Jackets in the series by a combined 54-9 score. The victories extended W&J's winning streak Waynesburg to 12 straight games. W&J moves its overall record to 20-0. The Presidents are 15-0 in PAC play. Waynesburg falls to 4-12 overall and 2-10 in the league. 

No. 9 NC Wesleyan College rolled to another conference sweep by edging Pfeiffer University 14-12 in game one and 5-3 in game two on the road on Sunday. With their 6th straight win, the Bishops improve to 23-3 on the season and 11-1 in the East Division as they now lead 2nd place Peace by 3.5 games.Senior reliever Kevin Williams was the star of game two as he came into the matchup in the first inning to replace starter Payne Stolsworth, who had given up two early runs. Williams would then go on to hold the Falcons to just one run on 5 hits over the final 8 and 1/3 innings while striking out a career-high 10 batters to get the win improving to 3-1 on the season and a 2.53 ERA.

No. 13 North Central College used three home runs to increase its winning streak against Elmhurst University to 13-straight games with a doubleheader sweep at Zimmerman Stadium on Sunday by scores of 9-3 and 8-3. The two teams traded a run in the seventh before the Cardinals put the game out of reach with a four-run bottom of the eighth.  Stoltz provided the big hit in the inning, a one-out, two-RBI single to right, before Listi plated another run later in the inning on a double to right field, capping the scoring 9-3. Shanner improves to 3-1 on the season with the victory, allowing three runs, just two earned, on three hits with six strikeouts.  Justin Rios entered with the game in the seventh with runners on second and third and the Cardinals holding a 4-2 lead, allowing just one of the inherited runners to score while shutting down the Bluejay lineup over his 2 2/3 innings to earn his first save.

No. 18 Shenandoah University completed its week Sunday by sweeping a non-league baseball doubleheader from future ODAC foe Averett University. Shenandoah (16-4) was a 12-3 winner in the opener before erupting for 22 hits in an 18-3 game two win. The non-league double-dip represented the first time SU had faced the Cougars (5-17) since meeting them in the 2012 USA South Conference Tournament. Newquist (1-0) earned the win in his first collegiate start. He allowed three runs on five hits and three walks in 5.0 innings of work. Laird pitched the sixth through eighth, striking out two and not allowing a hit, with Kenski recording the final three outs. He walked one and allowed one hit. The offense really heated up in game two as Shenandoah banged out 22 hits in an 18-3 victory.

No. 25 Coe College split a pair of games on Sunday afternoon with Loras College, winning 4-3 in game one while falling 10-0 in game two. The Kohawks took an early 4-0 lead in the opening game and got solid pitching from TJ Deardorff and Austin Divello, who worked the final inning of the game to close it out for Coe. Loras exploded in game two, using 18 hits to post 10 runs while defeating the Kohawks in just seven innings. The split earns the Kohawks a 3-1 series victory over the Duhawks as they move to 18-3 overall and 14-2 in the A-R-C while Loras goes to 12-8 and 9-7 in the league. Game one starter TJ Deardorff moved to 4-0 on the season after pitching six innings in the opener. He scattered eight hits in the outing while allowing just three runs and striking out three. Deardorff, who surrendered just one walk in the game, remains undefeated on the season, joining teammates TJ Johnson and Matthew Mittelmark who are 7-0 and 4-0 respectively.
