    Senior Brant Savage homered in each game and was selected as the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference Tournament Most Outstanding Player as third-seeded Babson College defeated fourth-seeded Wheaton College twice to claim its first conference championship since 2018 on Sunday afternoon at Govoni Field.

    Tristen Spalter recorded his longest outing of the season allowing just one run over seven innings to help third-seeded Babson defeat Salve Regina University, 8-1, in a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference Tournament elimination game on Saturday afternoon at Reynolds Field. The win is head coach Matt Noone's 500th victory of his career.

    Behind a gutsy pitching performance from Josh Roberge and a big fifth inning at the plate, the Lyons were able to down rival Babson to win the NEWMAC Championship by a score of 10-4. Wheaton improves to 16-3 on the year and secures an automatic bid to the National Tournament.
