July 18, 2023 Elmhurst chooses Heller to run program Elmhurst school officials announced the hiring of Joe Heller as the 13th head coach in the history of Elmhurst. Heller comes to Elmhurst after spending 15 seasons at North Central (Ill.).
April 14, 2022 Piedmont upsets La Grange Piedmont earned their second win over a Top 10 team this year with an 8-5 win over La Grange on the road. Elmhurst also got a Top 10 upset as they defeated North Central (Ill.) on Thursday.
April 6, 2017 Weather wins on Thursday A year ago a dozen games got played and nearly a year to the day, it happened again. Rain wiped out most games on Thursday with Elmhurst and Lakeland earning sweeps and Concordia (Wis.) and St.Olaf getting single wins in the only games played.
March 28, 2017 Early scoring leads to wins on Tuesday North Central opened their CCIW season with a win over Elmhurst. Washington and Jefferson as well as St. Scholastica and Belhaven followed the Cardinals winning formula putting runs on board early with crisp pitching.
March 15, 2012 Hofer, O’Brien earn second D-III national honors Zach Hofer, Elmhurst and Blaine O’Brien, Keystone earned NCAA Division III National Hitter and Pitcher of the Week honors respectively for the week of March 5-11.
