August 17, 2024 Upwood to head Pacific Boxers School officials announced the hiring of Jacob Upwood, Pacific's new head baseball coach. At Pacific, Upwood becomes just the fourth baseball coach since 1964, replacing Brian Billings, who led the Boxers to three straight Northwest Conference championships.
February 18, 2024 Billings wins 400th game as Boxers split Pacific opened the 2024 baseball season with a milestone victory as head coach Brian Billings recorded his 400th career win Sunday afternoon. The Boxers had 12 hits in a 9-3 victory over Corban at Chuck Bafaro Stadium. The Warriors then took game two of the doubleheader 12-9.
February 6, 2024 Region 10 Preview: West In 2023, semifinalist East Texas Baptist made the deepest run into the national tourney from the Region since Chapman won it all in 2019. No. 5 ETBU has the inside track for a repeat World Series appearance but a trio from the SCIAC, the top of the SCAC and NWC will have something to say about that.
April 22, 2023 Pacific in NWC title game Home cooking was good for Pacific as they defeated Lewis and Clark to advance to the NWC tournament title game on Sunday. Emory earned the UAA regular season title after defeating Washington U for the second straight day.
February 11, 2023 Shenandoah opens with sweep No. 21 Shenandoah opened their season with a doubleheader sweep of Widener. No. 4 Birmingham-Southern made it two in a row with 2022 Super-Regional opponent No. 5 Trinity (Texas). In a 2022 regional match-up, Chapman and Pacific trades wins on the day.....more
February 3, 2023 Region 10 Preview: West Pre-Covid, the West Region was the home of champions but since then, only one team has made the final eight. Trinity (Texas) has a shot to return and Chapman, who lost in the super-regionals, has one as well.
