March 31, 2024 Case earns series win on Easter Sunday Case Western Reserve defeated Emory 18-6 in seven innings on Sunday afternoon in Atlanta to secure a win in the team's opening University Athletic Association series of the season. New York University and Sage also posted wins on Sunday.
July 10, 2020 Pontari returns to his roots Russell Sage officials announced the selection of Nick Pontari as the first head coach for the newly added program. Pontari, a 2016 graduate of Brockport State, joins the Gator staff after serving as an assistant coach at Cornell.
June 1, 2020 Sage adds baseball Russell Sage College announced the addition of new varsity teams to its athletics program including baseball. The new teams elevate the total number of Sage's varsity offerings to 21. Sage will compete in the Empire 8 starting in 2022.
