Steven Marowski collected two hits Monday afternoon, but none was bigger than his ninth inning single which drove in Justin Dennis with the game-winning run as Albion upset seventh-ranked Heidelberg, 8-7.

Keystone remained hot with a 15-6 victory over No. 13 Misericordia. The Giants, who have scored 36 runs in their last two games, improve to 26-11 on the spring with their eighth-straight victory and 10th win in their last 11 games.       

Endicott, with three walk-off wins to their credit in 2015 including two in the past week, were the victims of a two-out, two-run home run by UMass Boston junior first baseman Daniel Bonito in the bottom of the ninth that lifted the Beacons to an 8-7 victory over the Gulls at Campanelli Stadium Monday evening.

For the third time in as many years, and the 12th in program history, Cal Lutheran has been crowned SCIAC champions and will be the top seed in the upcoming SCIAC tournament. In exact opposite conditions of when the baseball game began between Cal Lutheran at Occidental on Saturday under rainy skies in cold temperatures, the Kingsmen returned to Anderson Field on Monday in the sun and heat to down the Tigers 15-3 and clinch their third consecutive league title with their ninth straight win.

Trine was swept by Calvin in an MIAA doubleheader at Jannen Field. A big fifth-inning led the Knights to an 8-7 victory in game one, which they followed up with a 7-2 victory in game two to earn the sweep. Grant VanPutten notched five hits and drove in three runs to pace Calvin offensively.

Hood got complete games from pitchers Jake Franke and Travis Schweizer; and scored five runs in the first inning of both ends of a doubleheader sweep against Lancaster Bible. Hood captured the opener 10-1 and completed the sweep with a 10-2 win in game two. Franke pitched a five-hitter in the first game and gave up just one unearned run. Schweizer struck out nine and allowed just four hits in the second game.

No. 3 UW-Whitewater topped UW-Platteville 5-2 in game two of a doubleheader at Prucha Field at Miller Stadium after dropping game one 3-2. The Warhawks remain in first place in the WIAC with a record of 14-4. Thr Pioneers reamin in third place behind UW-La Crosse, three games ahead of fifth place UW-Oshkosh.

The North Park Cardinals are one win from a CCIW crown.

North Central is just one win away from securing the CCIW regular season championship after defeating North Park, 6-3, completing the season sweep of the Vikings. With a win next weekend in the three-game series against Carthage, the Cardinals can clinch its first CCIW Championship since 2010 and would host the conference tournament the following weekend.

Sophomore Tim Ford had three hits and four RBI in the opener and freshman Brendan Martin drove in a pair in the nightcap as Nichols took a pair of CCC games from Eastern Nazarene at Bradley Field. The Bison won game one, 12-5, and game two, 5-3.

Sophomores Anthony Iannuzzi and Joe Booker each tallied three hits against King's (Pa.), helping the Valiants to a 6-3 victory over the Monarchs in their Freedom Conference regular season finale.

The Wheaton Thunder swept a doubleheader at Augustana with 4-2 and 5-3 victories over the Vikings. With the wins, Wheaton earns its first sweep of Augustana under the current three-game conference series format (adopted in 2000) and its first sweep of the Vikings since 1993.

Penn State Behrend tallied 27 hits in a doubleheader sweep of D'Youville in AMCC action. The Lions scored 20 runs in the two games and won by scores of 15-1 and 5-2. Alex Margraf set the tone with a solo home run in the first at-bat of the doubleheader. He continued his impressive hitting performance as of late with five hits in seven at-bats on the day including two RBI's and two runs scored.

Sophomore teammates Adam Barry and Mike Powers combined for five base-knocks and five RBIs as they both helped pace Worcester State to a 11-9 victory over UMass Dartmouth in ten innings this evening at the Paul Walsh Field.
