May 7, 2025 Carone tabbed head coach of Brevard Vinny Carone has been named the head Coach at Brevard College, announced by scholl officials. Carone is elevated to the head coaching position, effective June 1, after serving as Interim Head Coach of the Tornados this past season.
April 6, 2025 Methodist maintains top spot in slugfest Methodist remained at the top of the USA South standings coming on top of a slugfest with Brevard. Crown also survived a slugfest with UW-Superior in their opener of a UMAC doubleheader where both teams put double digits on the board.
March 28, 2025 Walk it off Friday Brevard needed five runs to send the game into extras and walked of NC Wesleyan. Clarkson and Union did it as well in Liberty League games. Norwich was also a walk-off winner in the front end of a sweep of Rivier.
October 23, 2024 Carone tabbed to as interim head coach Vinny Carone has been named Interim head coach at Brevard College. Carone steps into the role with the departure of Mike Victory who has been at the helm of the BC Baseball program for the past five seasons.

April 2, 2023 NC Wesleyan Rallies Late to Down Brevard in Rubber Match The Brevard College baseball team (17-9, 7-2 USA South) fell in the rubber match of a three-game USA South Conference series to NC Wesleyan University (19-6, 8-1 USAS) as the Battling Bishops rallied late to take an 11-9 victory on a sunny Sunday afternoon at Gil Coan Field.
