March 14, 2025 Austin guides Methodist in 1300th win After falling behind, the Monarchs produced an eight-run inning to help guide them to a 12–5 victory over William Peace. This win was also a momentous milestone victory for Methodist head coach Tom Austin, as it was win number 1,300.
February 9, 2025 Opening weekend ends with redemption On Sunday, No. 10 East Texas Baptist and Methodist earned their first wins against the opponents that defeated them the day before. McMurry continued their undefeated run as did Averett.
February 28, 2024 Camphausen, Tarantino, Swanson honored with NCBWA award Baseball season has been in full swing in the southern portion of the country for several weeks, so it is no surprise that is where most of the winners of the NCBWA Div. III Hitter, Pitcher, and Rookie of the Month for February play their college ball. The February honors cover all games played February 1-23.
February 23, 2024 Shutouts and crooked numbers on Friday Kalamazoo dominated their opener with shutout pitching and hots bats. East Texas Baptist did the same in a 18-0 whitewashing of Sul Ross State as did Hamline with a 15-0 win over Martin Luther as part of a sweep in Kansas. Methodist joined the parade with a 18-0 win over Penn State Abington.
May 2, 2023 Salve Regina enters poll, top three remain the same The top three teams all won last week and held their positions in week 10 of the D3baseball.com NCBWA Top 25. New to the poll is Salve Regina as Methodist drops out.
April 2, 2023 When the rains cleared, the runs came falling Rain delayed many games to Sunday and the offenses got some rest and it showed. Methodist was just one team that put up big numbers in their game on Sunday.
