August 7, 2024 Rienze moves from rival to head UMSV Matthew Rienzi, who spend four seasons opposing the University of Mount Saint Vincent with St. Joseph's University Brooklyn, has been tabbed as the newest leader of the baseball program. Rienzi takes over effective immediately.
July 10, 2024 SJU-Brooklyn named Pecoraro as head coach School officials announced Rich Pecoraro III as the Brooklyn Bears' next head baseball coach. A 2013 graduate of St. Joseph's Long Island campus, Pecoraro brings over a decade of comprehensive experience to the position.
March 19, 2023 Leary hits for cycle in sweep of Yeshiva St. Joseph's (Brooklyn) opened their Skyline Conference slate with a pair of wins over Yeshiva, In game one senior Chris Leary became the first Bear to hit for the cycle.
March 31, 2018 St. Joseph's (Brooklyn) Walks Off With Comeback Win in Extras in Split With SUNY Poly The Bears were down to their final out in game one before tying the game on a Kyle McLaughlin single and Anthony Palermo delivered the game-winning RBI for the second straight game in the 8th for the walk-off.
