The 2024 National Champion came out of Region 4 as Misericordia got a Pennsylvania team a DIII baseball title for the first time but it might be a one-off as they rebuild. Look for team out of the NJAC or UEC to make some noise this season.
The Ramapo College baseball team won the program's third NJAC Tournament Championship with a 9-7 comeback win over Rowan University today at Rutgers-Camden Community Park
Rowan and Ramapo were day one winners as the opening round was played on campus sites before moving to Rutgers-Camden. Top seeded Stockton will pay with a loss as they fell to TCNJ in the final NJAC game of the day.
Ohio Northern shut out Ramapo but they were not the only team to keep their opponent off the boards. UW-Oshkosh did it twice and UW-La Crosse needed one to make a single run hold up. St. Lawrence, Union and Wilmington also won by the narrowest of margins.
Ramapo school officials announced today the hiring of Ryan Rinsky as the full-time coach effective August 31st. Rinsky brings a wealth of experience to Ramapo as a former collegiate and professional baseball player and coach himself.

The Cincinnati Reds selected Ramapo College junior right hand pitcher Cory Heitler in the 34th round of the MLB draft (1,009th overall). Heitler became the third Roadrunner to be selected in the MLB Draft in the last six years while he was one of 11 NCAA Division III athletes selected over the last three days.

Harwich, MA: The #1 UMass Boston baseball team came back to defeat #5 Ramapo College tonight in game seven of the 2018 NCAA Harwich, MA Regional 2-1 in ten innings. The Beacons improve to 36-8 while the Roadrunners now stand at 33-14 overall.
Boston, MA: The #5 Ramapo College baseball team defeated #4 Western New England University 19-15 to advance in the NCAA Harwich, MA Regional. The Roadrunners improve to 33-13 while the Golden Bears now stand at 31-14 on the year.
The NCAA kept up their recent policy of moving teams around with three teams from neighboring regions in the Harwich Regional. UMass-Boston was tabbed as the top team followed by Oswego State and Keystone.
The Roadrunners (32-13) earned the #5 seed at the Harwich, MA Region hosted by Massachusetts Maritime Academy at Whitehouse Field. Ramapo will take on #4 Western New England University (31-13) on Thursday, May 17th at 9:30am in game one of the regional.

Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College baseball team, seeded #2 in the 2018 New Jersey Athletic Conference Tournament, won their first game of the tournament today as they defeated the #5 seeded Cougars of Kean University, 4-3 with the game winning run coming in the bottom of the 9th. With the victory, the Roadrunners advance to play #4 seeded Profs of Rowan University at 7pm on Friday, May 4th as the entire tournament moves to Kean University.
Pomona, NJ: The Ramapo College baseball team wrapped up the regular season today with a sweep over Stockton University on the road in NJAC action 7-0 in game one and 6-2 in game two. The Roadrunners win their 13th straight and now stand at 29-11 overall and 13-5 in the NJAC while the Ospreys drop to 6-23 overall and 3-14 in the conference.
Reading, PA: The Ramapo College baseball team won their ninth straight game today with a 10-7 road win over Albright College in non-conference action. The Roadrunners earn their 25th win of the season and now stand at 25-11 overall while the Lions drop to 11-17 overall.

The Roadrunners took game one 6-2 while the Profs held on for a 5-3 win in game two. The Roadrunners now stand at 14-7 overall, 1-1 in the NJAC while the Profs are now 15-2 overall and 1-1 in the conference.
Auburndale, FL: The Ramapo College baseball team got a solid pitching performance from junior starter Cory Heitler as the Roadrunners defeated Franklin & Marshall College 5-3 tonight at the RussMatt Invitational. The Roadrunners now stand at 6-4 overall while F&M now stands at 4-4-1 on the season.
