May 5, 2025 Allegheny sweeps to top seed in PAC Allegheny swept Geneva, 4-1 and 6-5, and earned the third seed in the upcoming PAC tournament. Thiel and Waynesburg also had a scheduled PAC doubleheader and managed just a 12-0 Thiel win before the second game was postponed.
April 28, 2025 Tornado warning for Monday Geneva stayed hot on Monday afternoon, winning their sixth game in seven tries with a 13-6 win over Penn State New Kensington. Out in Massachusetts, Worcester State swept MASCAC rival Salem State with pitching in the opener and hitting in the nightcap.
April 24, 2023 Westminster (Pa.) gets sweep on Monday Westminster (Pa.) completed a sweep of PAC rival Geneva on a light schedule of game on Monday. Out in Minnesota, teams were able to work on the backlog of postponed games with a quarter of the games today played by teams from the MIAC and UMAC.
September 2, 2021 Shallenberger moves to Messiah Messiah official announced the hiring of Phill Shallenberger as the new head coach of the Messiah program. Shallenberger brings over a decade of coaching experience to Grantham, with multiple stops along with four years as the head coach of Cairn.
July 11, 2016 Shallenberg returns to Cairn Cairn named Phill Shallenberger as the new skipper for the Highlanders' program. Shallenberger was named head coach after working with the program as an assistant coach in 2014 and 2015. Most recently, Shallenberger was a graduate manager with Belmont.
