March 26, 2024 D'Auria cycles to lead Pacers to win Marywood University graduate student Vinny D'Auria hit a cycle to the lead the Pacers to a 23-1 win in five innings Tuesday in non-conference baseball action. It is the Pacers' eighth consecutive win over their former Colonial States Athletic Conference foe.
April 4, 2023 Bruno hits first cycle for Marywood Joseph Bruno became the first Marywood University baseball player to hit for the cycle. Bruno tied a school record with five runs scored. He went 4 for 5 with three RBIs and two stolen bases.
April 1, 2021 No foolin', Cabrini erupts for 16 runs Cabrini set a high water mark in runs on Thursday in a win over Marywood. In Minnesota, Northwestern scored 29 runs also setting a season high 19 runs in game two. Elsewhere it was Elms and Lesley splitting their season opening doubleheader.
April 9, 2018 Marywood wins slugfest in Monday action Marywood scored first and last to edge Scranton 19-18 on Monday. Southern Maine also won despite giving up double digit runs to Plymouth State.
May 3, 2017 Rebar, Catchmark earn NCBWA honor Graduate student Vince Rebar of Marywood and sophomore John Catchmark of Alvernia were named Division III National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Hitter and Pitcher of the Week for the period of April 24-30.
May 17, 2016 Theil named Pacer's head coach Jason Thiel '03 was named Head Baseball Coach at his alma mater on May 17, 2016 according to Dr. Mary Jo Gunning after serving as Interim Co-Head Coach of the team since March 22 with now Assistant Coach Joe Diskin. Diskin will remain on the staff as Assistant Coach.
