August 18, 2023 Prigge named UMPI head coach School officials announced the hiring of Dan Prigge as the University of Maine at Presque Isle's Head Coach. Prigge is the former assistant coach at Greensboro College in North Carolina, also serving as the baseball teams Catching and Bullpen Coach in the 2022-2023 season.
June 12, 2023 Stinson Resigns as UMPI coach Roger Stinson resigned as the head baseball coach at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. Stinson steps down after six seasons as the Owls' head baseball coach.
April 12, 2021 Thomas walks off with sweep, Beloit stays undefeated The Thomas Terriers walked off with a sweep over Maine-Presque Isle at home while Beloit took two of their own over St. Norbert to move to 6-0. The Buccaneers have scored 9 or 19 runs in five of their six wins.
February 19, 2016 Eagles fly on Friday Mary Washington and Emory combined good pitching and early leads for wins on Friday. Emory earned a single win against Ferrum and Mary Washington swept a doubleheader from Maine Presque Isle.
February 18, 2014 Three teams see action Monday Whitman's offense gave the Missionaries and sweep of Schreiner in Texas while N.C. Wesleyan did the same to Maine Presque Isles at home. Brandeis fell in Florida to NAIA Warner.
February 19, 2013 Generals get first win at Emory Washington and Lee used three ninth inning runs to defeat Emory for the first time. In other action it was Maine-Presque Isle getting their first win. Top 25 teams BSC, Salisbury and Trinity (Texas) also won.
