The Team of the Week is D3baseball.com's weekly honor roll, in its eleventh season of recognizing the top performers at each of nine positions from the previous week. Players are selected from nominations from their school's sports information directors. This is the seventh Team of the Week of the 2022 season.

C Noah Wenberg, Jr., Bethel (Minn.)
Wenberg helped lead Bethel to a sweep of Concordia-Wisconsin while extending the Royals' winning streak to eight games by going 5-for-7 (.714) at the plate with a .778 on-base percentage and 1.571 slugging percentage. He had three RBI and five runs scored.
1B Josh Mesenbrink, Sr., Rose-Hulman
Mesenbrink batted .533 with a 1.333 slugging percentage and a .611 on-base percentage last week. He finished 8-for-15 with three home runs, seven runs scored, three walks and a stolen base.
2B Anthony Diaz, Jr., Drew
Diaz batted .579 (11-for-19) with three RBI and four runs over five starts but was even more impressive in Landmark Conference play, hitting .615 (8-13) in Drew's three-game series with Elizabethtown. He batted safely in every game and had multiple hits in three of five games. Diaz also had a perfect week defensively, executing all 30 chances (16 putouts, 14 assists) without an error while helping to turn four double plays.
SS Joe Jimenez, Jr., Texas Lutheran
Jimenez was once again a force in the Bulldogs offense hitting .467 (7-for-15) with three home runs, seven runs scored and 10 RBIs to lead the Bulldogs to an undefeated weekend. Jimenez currently ranks second in the country in home runs and first in RBIs.
3B Michael Lapczynski, Sr., Kean
Lapczynski hit .579 (11-for-19) with seven extra base hits (six doubles and a home run) to lead Kean to a 4-0 week. He added eight RBI, scored six times and held a 1.053 slugging percentage.
OF Eric Bronner, So., Spalding
Bronner had a career week helping Spalding to a 3-0 record including two wins over #8 ranked Webster. The sophomore hit .700 (7-for-10) on the week with three doubles and a grand slam home run. Bronner also drove in and scored seven runs and stole two bases.
OF Kamden Earley, So., Wabash
Earley hit .733 over three games with an .867 slugging percentage and drove in eight runs to help Wabash to three victories and an overall 12-2 record. He collected a total of 11 hits in 15 at-bats for the week. Earley drove in eight runs and scored four.
OF Dylan Hill, So., Eureka
Hill hit three home runs in the same game in Eureka's 12-1 win over Greenville on Saturday and tallied four homers on the week. He finished the week with a .625/.786/2.125 slash line, going 5-for-8 in three games, driving in eight runs, scoring eight runs and drawing two walks.
OF Avery Neaves, Jr., Lynchburg
Neaves has reached base in 20 straight games and has scored a run in six straight. He batted .529 (9-for17) and drove in 10 runs and score eight on the week. He hit two doubles, a triple and three home runs.
DH Corey Zientek, So., Scranton
Zientek was 8-for-12 (.667) with two doubles, two triples, a home run, four RBI and seven runs scored and drove in two runs apiece in both games versus Moravian on Saturday. He also tallied three multi-hit games on the week.
SP Jackson Balzan, Jr., Salisbury
Balzan authored one of the most dominant starts of his collegiate career on Saturday against Hood. He struck out a career-high 13 batters over eight one-hit innings in the Sea Gulls' 8-0 win over the Blazers. Balzan took a perfect game bid into the sixth and at one point struck out seven batters in a row from the fourth through sixth innings.
SP Harrison Boushele, So., Augustana
Boushele pitched a complete-game, one-hit shutout with 11 strikeouts in Augustine's 8-0 win over Benedictine.
SP Dalton Glenn, So., Buena Vista
Glenn pitched what is believed to have been the first perfect game in program history to wrap up BVU's three-game series sweep at Central on Saturday during cold and breezy conditions. The 12-0 (7-inning) victory was highlighted by a career-high 11 strikeouts and came after the Beavers had allowed 18 runs during a 22-18 victory over the Dutch in game one of the doubleheader.
RP Travis Beauchamp, Jr., McMurry
Beauchamp retired nine straight hitters for a 3.0 inning save against No. 5 Texas-Dallas, completing a 3-0 shutout win for McMurry. Beauchamp struck out two hitters and earned the first save of his career.
RP Dante Dimatteo, Fr., Washington & Jefferson
DiMatteo retired all six hitters he faced Wednesday to nail down W&J's 2-1 win over Wooster. DiMatteo struck out five of the six Fightin' Scots to record his fourth save of his freshman season. DiMatteo has yet to allow a hit in 10 innings of work this spring.
