    When you look at the best in Region 1, there are the usual suspects. No. 17 Wheaton (Mass.) Lyons and the Tufts Jumbos. The leaders of these two conferences has dominated the likes of the the GNAC or the NAC. These days, the GNAC and NAC are on the up swing adding top teams who needed a home after the NEAC split up at the end of the 2023 season.
