• Centre's storybook season continues

    With the first round of the SAA tournament in the books it was three sweeps as top seeded Centre advanced as well as under dogs Sewanee and Rhodes. Fourth seeded Hendrix defeated Oglethorpe two games to one. The Colonels will host the double elimination pod round of the SAA Tournament on May 2-4.

    Berry lost their lead in regulation but found the winning margin in the eleventh inning as they walked off their SAA opener against Hendrix. Hilbert also made news with a program season wins mark with a sweep of La Roche.

    Zach Turner, Colby James and Will Marconi combined for a no-hit shutout to help Oglethorpe split a doubleheader with Hendrix Saturday afternoon in the SAA opener for both. Hendrix won game one 13-4 before Oglethorpe bounced back with a 7-0 win in game two.

    Stevens opened their season with a decisive sweep of CCNY while No. 5 Trinity won for the first time in three games with No. 4 Birmingham-Southern. George Fox had thievery on its mind with nine swaps and Hendrix and Dallas put up a combined 30 runs on Sunday.

    Piedmont and La Verne earned their first wins of the season. ThLions defeated Cal Lutheran and La Verne bested Linfield. Widener was a Wednesday winner with Rhodes and Hendrix opening with wins on Tuesday.

    Anna Maria swept Norwich and set their high water mark in wins in a season. In the SAA tourney, Hendrix drew within one win of their own program record for wins as they are the lone undefeated team in the BSC Pod.

    Marietta solidified their hold on the top spot with all but one first place vote. the other first place vote went to 17-1 la Grange. Oswego State and Hendrix enter the Top 25 as Wheaton (Mass.) and Washington and Jefferson fall out.

    Rose Hulman gave their new head coach another victory with a win over St. Mary's (Minn.) in Florida. Texas-Dallas moved to a perfect 10-0 with a sweep of Hardin Simmons. Hendrix did the Comets one better with their eleventh win to open the 2022 season.
  • Holloway no-hits Warriors to clinch conference tournament bid

    Centre rebounded from Saturday's walk-off loss by securing the no. 4 seed in next week's SAA Tournament against the Hendrix Warriors. Behind a no-hitter from Jake Holloway, the Colonels won by a score of 5-0.

    Millsaps defeated Hendrix, the top seed in the SAA tournament on Friday. The news was not good for the USA South #1 seed, Piedmont who exited their postseason set with a 0-2 record. Only NWC top seed, Whitworth was a winner on Friday.

    Sean McSheffery, a former coach in the San Diego Padres organization who has also served as an assistant baseball coach for the Warriors for the past two seasons, will enter his first season as the head baseball coach for the Hendrix Warriors.
  • Dallas hires Grafton
    July 11, 2018
    University of Dallas announced the hire of Erik Grafton as the Crusader's head coach. Grafton will be the 20th head coach for the program. Grafton arrives after spending the previous six seasons as the assistant coach for the Texas-Tyler Patriots.

  • Groat to take over program
